The standard and academic staff rates include:

  • registration fee and conference materials
  • accommodation in a single en-suite college room for the nights of 4-6 April
  • three course dinner on 4 and 5 April, including wine
  • gala dinner at Durham Castle on 6 April, including drinks reception and wine with meal
  • buffet lunch and refreshment breaks on 5-7 April
  • guided walking tour of Durham City on afternoon of 6 April

The postgraduate rate includes the above, but with a standard room (shared bathroom). For an en-suite room add £30. This rate is intended for full-time postgraduates only.

The exhibitor rate includes registration for one participant as outlined per the standard rate, plus one A4-sized promotional insert into the conference welcome pack, and a table top or equivalent display space adjacent to the conference.

The conference & workshop package includes registration for one participant as per the standard rate, plus registration for the two-day IBRU training workshop on 3-4 April on the theme Strategies and tools for effective border management (for which the standard registration fee will be £1,250).
